| In NASCAR 2000, gamers can play as one of 33 real-life NASCAR drivers, including Dale Earnhardt Jr., Tony Stewart, and Bobby Labonte. New to the series is the Create-A-Driver feature, which lets you develop your own driver. Each driver uses his actual car, which you can tweak in many different ways. By fiddling with your car's settings, you can alter its performance things like top speed and acceleration, suspension, and even the amount of grille tape. You have control over pretty much everything, from gear ratios to spoiler angle. A new Create-A-Driver option is included in this year's version, which lets you create and develop your own driver. There are 18 real NASCAR tracks at your disposal, and each one is accurately reproduced to give you the ultimate NASCAR experience. This year's version also has five road courses, which give you the opportunity to turn right every once in a while.

This game is a very smooth ride. I loved it. I couldn't put it down once it came in the mail. Still, I was somewhat disappointed with how easy it was to win the championship. All it seems to take is a course with enough nintey degree turns. You can always make those turns faster than the rest of the cars for some reason, no matter who you play with. So, the game is fun and runs smoothly, but pretty much anyone with a steady hand will defeat the first try.

I am 12 yrs old and I enjoy this game.Me and my dad play with it at night.He likes it because you can set it up to do black flags and yellow flags and turn the damage on.If you just like racing you can turn all that stuff off.My only complaint is that you can't turn on black and yellow flags on 2 player.BUY THIS GAME!

Both the first game and this one are pretty fun, but you need more than 16 cars to be a real race. Also, when are they going to make a NASCAR game that has some real crashes. I know its just a game but I think that some more smoke and visual damage to cars would be cool. I mean you can bump cars all the time in this game and nothing ever happens. It was still fun, but it could be better

Me and my dad have always enjoyed playing racing games. Well this game isn't any typical racing game, it has over 15 authentic tracks straight from the NASCAR circuit. It also has anough cars to satisfy any enthuisist. Also hidden racers and cars along with hidden tracks to be unlocked adds some variety to the gameplay. I enjoyed it and would reccommend it to anyone, also its only 20 bucks now! |
