More MEGAMAN anyone? This guy's had more adventures than Superman and Indiana Jones combined, but he shows no signs of tiring in MEGAMAN X6. Beginning where installment X5 left off, our hero is challenged to save the helpless Reploids from a fate worse than death. Mind you, Zero is not around to help Mega this time out (the former having met his own death in the previous game), so you'll have to go it alone. Packed with enemies, the game is comprised of eight massive levels-each of which is guarded by a powerful boss character and a whole lot of violent cronies. Defeating a boss character will give you access to his weapon, granting you a more powerful arsenal as the game progresses. Graced by a randomized map system, MEGAMAN X6 also introduces a new Nightmare System, which is designed to populate latter levels with enemies that you've had problems with earlier in the adventure. Between these factors and the variable game endings, MEGAMAN X6 sports the highest replay value in series history.
